This policy explains what The Holding Class (“we”, “us”), based in Miami, Florida, collects when you visit this site, request a Never-Sell Review, or schedule a time with us, and how that information is used.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and city, and your answers to the questions on our request form (on Facebook or Instagram) and our scheduling page, including the approximate range of the assets you would like to plan around.
- Information collected automatically: our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and decide whether a review fits your situation.
- To schedule and conduct your review, and to send confirmations and reminders.
- To follow up with you about your review and related services you may be interested in.
- To keep records and meet our legal obligations.
Calls, texts and email
If you give consent on our request form, we may contact you by call, text or email at the number and address you provided, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers that operate on our behalf, such as Meta (request forms), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (video meetings), Google (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting).
- The licensed professional who conducts your review.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@theholdingclass.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site and our reviews are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
